Mr. Mark Arnold joined Rasmussen University as President in January 2025. A Minnesota native, he brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare and mission-driven organizations.
Prior to Rasmussen, Mr. Arnold served as Chief Executive Officer of Nystrom & Associates, a leading outpatient mental health provider. Under his leadership, the organization expanded from 16 to over 50 locations across four states, serving nearly 100,000 patients annually.
He also held key executive roles at Rayus Radiology (formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging), including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer. During his tenure, the company grew from 55 to more than 120 diagnostic imaging centers across 22 states. Earlier in his career, Mr. Arnold worked as a senior healthcare research analyst at Piper Sandler, held leadership positions at 3M Company, and served as a healthcare management consultant.
Mr. Arnold is known for his commitment to mission-driven leadership and his dedication to empowering the people who bring that mission to life. His strategic mindset and deep expertise in the healthcare industry are instrumental to Rasmussen's continued growth and success.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University.
